Suitable for backyard weddings and wedding venues that have a kitchen available to use for reheating purposes only. No cooking required.
MEATS are Beef, Pork and Lamb. They are slow roasted, cooled, sliced and placed in aluminium trays with lids ready for the oven. Heat the meat at 160°c for approx. 30-35 minutes.
SALADS are Coleslaw, Creamy Pasta Salad and/or Creamy Potato Salad. They are delivered in sealed bags or containers.
VEGGIE BAKES are Potato Bake and/or Zucchini Bake. They are delivered in aluminium trays with lids ready for the oven. Heat the Zucchini Bake at 160°c for approx. 30-35 minutes and the Potato Bake for approx. 35-40 minutes.
Catering is for minimum 30 people.
Meats are portioned at approx. 150g (combined) per person.
Salads & Veggie Bakes are portioned at approx. 100g (combined) per person.
