At Fiona's Fancies we can make your cake dream a reality. Bespoke designs will be produced with your input and tailored to meet your budget where possible with a full personal quotation. No cakes are too hard to create. My cakes are my passion and my trade.
Fiona's Fancies use only the finest, freshest and local ingredients where possible. All products containing eggs are free range. High quality chocolate and cocoa powders are used and NO pre-mixes are ever used in any of Fiona's Fancies products - Fiona's Fancies recipes have been developed personally by Fiona over many years.
Fiona trained for 7 years up to Advanced Level Cake Decorating and as a Professional Patisserie and Baker in the UK. These skills where further honed during her 6 years as an advanced Lecturer at one of the top 10 Further Education Colleges in the UK gaining respect and recognition from her peers.
Fiona has worked all over the UK in top Restaurants and Bakeries including the 5* Berkeley in London and also at Windsor Castle as one of the Queen Mothers Pastry Chefs. Fiona also worked a a Patisserie chef in France gaining valuable knowledge and theories which have enhanced her skills
During this time her training included all aspects of Food Safety and HACCP.
Her Kitchen has been fully inspected and approved by Mandurah City Council Environmental Health.
